Back to School- Do you know your Resources?

Fall is just around the corner and cooler temperatures are on the horizon. This is the time when school is starting and everyone is getting back into their routines. With that being said, it is also a busy time for the Meetings World. Are you in full swing with the same ol’ same ol’? At this event you will be surrounded by Professionals who are responsible for the development, organization, site selection and management of meetings. You might also connect with suppliers whose organization is engaged in providing products and services related to the conduct and operation of meetings, conventions, exhibits, and seminars. This could be the opportunity you have been waiting for and next great handshake that leads to your trusted partnership.

Once the choice has been established, you can truly create the partnerships that become extensions of your team.

  1. Customer service training for your staff so they are prepared to give that high level of customer service!!
  2. Providing attendees the information about your mobile app for their IPhone or Android by email prior to coming on site.
  3. Virtual display boards onsite for updates re daily meetings and events.
  4. Displaying the information about the following year’s meeting on site with banners prominently located at information desks.
